Before you arrive, please review our salon policies and practices for the most optimal, safest experience for all!
*BOOKING*
A credit card number is required in order to reserve your appointment. You will NOT be charged when booking but it will be on file for cancellation purposes. Please read our Late Cancel/No Show Policy listed below for further information.
All major credit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay, and Cash App
*Cash is NOT accepted as a form of payment unless it's for gratuity.*
* ARRIVAL*
**COVID-19- Masks will be worn by stylist at the discretion of client ,there will be a choice given when filling out your questionnaire. There will also be a large air purifier going creating constant circulation**
*** If looking for a time with less people with more focused precaution, please email and we will coordinate a solution***
When arriving at the building(It is large brick building that will say My Salon Suite written on the door), please buzz suite number 503, and I welcome you in. If possible, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time so we can ensure the most efficient and detailed personal experience during your appointment.

If unable to come in with hair down, please contact me prior,I may need to adjust the appointment time in advance and an additional fee may be charged.
If you arrive to your appointment without prior notification and I can’t accommodate resetting your hair, the service will not be performed, and a 100% fee will be in place to compensate for the lost time of the service. Failure to comply will result inability to book a future appointment within the salon.
Although services are listed as 1 1/2 -2 1/2 hours, please accommodate your schedule to allot more time if you know your hair may take longer to dry and please specify if so in the notes when booking your appointment.
*DURING*
Creating an atmospheric space for those seeking a relaxing individualized experience, For this to succeed, please do not bring additional guests or family members not being serviced unless there are specialized circumstances discussed prior.
*If service is children’s curly shaping, parent or legal guardian must be present. Please provide those details when booking online.
Please refrain from full meals in the Temple, light snacks and resealable drinks are welcome.
*AFTER SERVICE*

There are no refunds but there is a 5 day grace period for you to assess your hair and if unsatisfied, I will accommodate a time where we can revisit and make proper adjustments for your shape.
* LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS / LATE ARRIVALS*
48 hours prior to the appointment, you will receive a text message confirming your appointment.
***If you cancel within the 48hr window, you will be charged 100% of the services booked to compensate to occupied time***
It is understandable unforeseen events occur, I accommadate for a 15minute grace period and appreciate an email so I can best prepare for the difference in time. If more than 15 minutes elapse, it is up to the stylist’s discretion for the best intest of the salon whether the we can still accomodate. If not a 100% of the service will be charged to compensate for time booked.
